At Lavash we do things differently. We start with sourcing our fresh ingredients locally in Sussex; we bake our lavash bread on-site to offer a lunch menu with our signature wraps and platters that showcase tastes from authentic middle-eastern tradition. 

Here at Lavash, we like to do things the right way, that is why for your evening we offer a different menu. We serve combined contemporary and traditional Middle Eastern street kebabs, cooked in a live charcoal oven to bring you a totally new flavour and a new way to enjoy kebabs.

We offer Vegan, Vegetarian & a variety of meat fillings for our dishes, followed by a fine selection of high-quality craft beers & wines along with speciality coffees and teas.

Our wraps and platters follow the middle-eastern authenticity and tradition of the lavash bread, a fluffy and bubbly flatbread, baked with only a few natural ingredients.
